More Snow

Oh, forgot these! These were taken the first day of snow. It was very cold (abt 24 degrees) and snowing. My glasses kept getting wet spots on them. We only stayed out about 20 minutes but long enough to throw snow balls. Enjoy!
Look at the size of his snow ball and the size of hers. LOL
Awesome! Caught it in mid-air!
Then they turned on me, LOL!

I'm gonna getcha!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

January 29th it started to snow. By Saturday the 30th, we had sleet and 3 inches. It was nice and hard so we could make all different types of shapes and even an igloo (Tom and our neighbor Chuck built it). We had lots of fun sledding. Improvised seat cushions in plastic bags make good sleds, and if you don't have that, your snow suit works just fine too (aka. little man). Enjoy!

January in FL

Spent a very short time in FL (6 days) but while there visited my folks for a couple of days. Then headed to Orlando for the rest of the time. While at Mormor's we played dress up again and stuck our feet in the pool (just too cold to go in). While in Orlando we went to Disney for a day (THANKS CARRIE!!) and then we hung out at Tropical Palms visiting with Uncle Kenny and our nieces. The kids had a really good time hanging out together. Dubda was there as well. It was a good time had by all! Enjoy!
In Epcot before we spoke with Crush, Dude!

Hangin' with Mormor over Christmas

Mormor and Papa came back up for Christmas. While here the kids made Lingonberry bread with Mormor, Little Miss went to her first ballet (Nutcracker), celebrated Christmas Eve service at a new church, and had a visit from Tomten (the Swedish Santa). It was a good time had by all, even if we didn't get pictures of it all (smile). Enjoy! Making Ligonberry Bread

Dubda came to visit

In Mid-December Tom's dad came to visit (little lady couldn't say grandpa when she was younger, it was Dubda). While he was here we went to Pullen Park for the Holiday Express. We had pictures taken with Santa, made a reindeer hat, rode the carousel and train, took pictures and rode a shuttle bus (the kids first 'bus' ride). Enjoy!
