At the beginning of October we headed down to FL for a week. We wanted to get as much rest as possible, but as usual it was go go go. We did take a few days to go to the Keys. There is no place in the world like the Keys. It's just a different way of life down there.... very Jimmy Buffet! The Indian Key Festival took place the same weekend we were down there. They finally reopened the key to boats after having the past 4 or 5 docks destroyed by hurricanes. They also finally wised up and made this one out of cement and steel! Here we are on the boat heading over to the key (leaving from Robbie's).
This was the first ever boat ride for both kids (other than the ferry at Disney World).
Dubda used to eat lunch on this very spot when he came and helped with the archeological digs several years ago.
This is the spot where daddy stood and took the Sunset pic while holding little miss back in 2004. It's at the Islamorada Fish Company.

It's too bad little man didn't have on pants, otherwise this shot would have been just GREAT!
When you have no room, you improvise with a blow up bed. Little man slept here while little lady shared the king size bed with mommy and daddy.
